I really felt like I got to know Heidi & Steve when we met up for their “In Love” shoot a couple of months before their wedding (if you missed their engagement shoot have a look here), so was indeed super excited to shoot their wedding a few weeks back.
I loved starting the morning with the boys preparations at the Chalk Lane Hotel before heading of to Nonsuch Mansion to join Heidi and the girls getting ready. Heidi looked absolutely beautiful in her Ian Stuart dress with gorgeous make up by Kaz Fernando. Nonsuch has such a beautiful room to get ready in upstairs, just gorgeous and great for pictures. Once everyone was ready, the ceremony took place downstairs and afterwards the celebrations continued outside in the warm, lovely october sunshine.
Heidi and Steve, you are such a fun, easy going couple. I loved spending time with you, your families and friends on your wedding day. It was such a happy day and I loved all the little details that made your day so special and personal, and I especially loved the caricaturist, the beautiful singing and your evening disco dance off! Just a perfect day for two perfect people. Thank you so much for having me, I appreciate being part of your day so much. Thanks you also for the food, the fish was superb and one of my season favourites. I hope your honeymoon was everything you wanted and more. Look after each other.
