Woodlands Park hotel, Cobham – Nicole & Carl’s Wedding

In the beginning of June I photographed the wedding of Nicole & Carl at Woodlands Park Hotel in Cobham, Surrey. It was a beautiful day with close friends and family for the day and a big party in the evening.

Nicole looked beautiful and had lot’s of sparkling details like her shoes, tiara, bracelet and ear-rings to match. After the ceremony we walked the grounds of Woodlands for some relaxed pictures and crossed the country road for some pictures by the field and fence. I had planned for us to go inside the field for some romantic images of just the two of them walking along, however plans changed slightly when we were greeted by two horses hungry to munch wedding flowers and bridal hair! After a few pictures they seemed content and walked of and we managed to take some pictures just outside the meadow at least! As we walked back we took a few quick snaps of N + C walking in the middle of the street and it looks like a calm, quiet country street, but what you don’t see is the line of cars waiting behind me, supporting that one shot all the way. Anyway, it was happy hurrays as they passed a minute of so later.

Nicole & Carl. I really enjoyed being part of your wedding celebrations and all the touching and heart warming events throughout the day. I had to pop into the bathroom several times that day to fix my make up as you and your family had me in tears during the ceremony and again during speeches. You’re amazing together and I loved to see you so close together, laughing and smiling all day! Thank you also for the food.
