It’s Monday morning and I am looking through my images from Saturdays wedding. The overwhelming smell of spring from the reception room in Ascot is still fresh in my mind and even though I can’t share it with your over my blog, I can share some pictures. I thought I’d post only pictures of their flowers to start with, because they are just so beautiful. Each table had their own flower theme and every guest had a picture perfect, pretty pastel flower to take home.
The images are all straight out of camera as I haven’t come as far as editing yet. But in all honesty I don’t always edit my images that much. I crop as much as possible in camera and try and do my editing as I take the picture. Having grown up in the darkroom, shooting film for a long time, it kind of comes natural to capture the final image in camera. However that being said, I do like to play around in Photoshop and Lightroom and sometimes an image needs some TLC to further enhance it or a little bit of love in post production to portray a certain mood or highlight an certain area. All of the below images was shot with my Nikon 24-70mm lens at f2.8.
I can’t wait for Easter to arrive next weekend as I off to shoot a destination wedding in the South of France. Exciting! Lot’s of love, A.
That’s a nice idea…
Such beautiful pictures Anna and gorgeous colours. Just reminds me of Spring.
Very nice Anna.
Love that you took a picture of all of them and at the end the bouquet. Beautiful colors.
Almost can smell them!
What a great idea. Something to keep in mind for my wedding next year and I am glad that you will be there to capture it. Talk to you in a few weeks. Sarah.
